Very helpful and worked hard to assist me

We've spoken to several realtors of the past few months and explained our situation. None of whom I hope this whatsoever with said that they would. Dave on the other hand jumped right on it, has sent us homes and is still sending us homes. We are still working with him in there very happy with our new situation with this realtor.

What a relief. After dealing with another agent and company, we were pretty discouraged. I understand that the world has changed, but shouldn't one have to work for their living?I saw a property on one of the national sites. I normally do not respond to these type of "advertisements ". Within 5 minutes Dave responded and we were on the move. I told him if he sent only 1 lead then he would be sending one more than the competitor. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the attention we received and our interaction with Mr. Shortz. Fingers crossed...keep up the great work Dave and Watson realty.
